Rental Packages, Pricing and Terms

Complete One Bedroom Package	$140 per month. Includes, Living Room, Dinning Room and Bedroom group. Each additional Bedroom group added to above package - $40 per month. Add - 19”TV and TV-Stand $25 per month. VCR - $10 per month.
Living Room Group	Sofa and Chair or Loveseat, Coffee Table and 2 End Tables, 2 Lamps - $95 per month.
Dinning Room Group	Dinette Table with 4 Chairs - $25 per month.
Bedroom Group	Dresser and Mirror, Night Stand, Headboard, Full Size Mattress and Foundation set, Bed Frame, 1 Lamp. - $49 per month. Substitute a Queen size bed, or two Twin size beds – add $10 per month per bedroom to Complete Package or Bedroom Group.

* Group pricing above is if a Group is rented individually.

Terms

There is a Three Month Minimum for all Furniture Rental Contracts, and month to month there after, with a 10 day notice required for termination.
We deliver to your home within a 60 mile radius of Lubbock. Delivery Fee - $35 downstairs, $45 upstairs, per one bedroom package. Plus $15 per additional bedroom and $1 per mile outside the city limits of Lubbock. The delivery fee includes picking up the furniture at contract termination.
If you keep pets, there is a $100 non-refundable Pet Fee, aquariums excluded.
Texas State and Local Sales Tax of 8.25% will be added to all amounts billed.
